ADDITIONAL BUDGET CONSULTATION MEETING - 4 FEBRUARY 2011

As you will know the County Council is currently consulting with a wide range of partners as part of its 2011/12 Budget setting process.

You will have already received an invitation to one of the sessions arranged for this purpose.

As part of this process, the Council feels that there would be benefit in hosting an additional (round up) session focussing on two key objectives:-

An opportunity for any individual or organisation to express their views on the budget proposals. This could provide an opportunity for those of you who were unable to attend the earlier sessions but wish to comment. Equally some of you may have further comments having attended an earlier session and in the light of what you heard

An opportunity for members and senior officers to provide some thoughts on the comments already received ahead of the Cabinet meeting on 7 February 2011.

This additional Budget Consultation Meeting will be held on Friday 4 February 2011 at County Hall, Worcester at 1.00pm

As you will appreciate, car parking at County Hall is limited so I would ask that you bear this in mind if you plan to attend.
