There has been a lot of discussion this year about Transforming Community services and now ‘Community Health Services in Worcestershire: Your opportunity to influence the future’ has been produced by NHS Worcestershire.

A copy of the document is attached and you are invited to give your views about the issues that are outlined in this paper and your preferred options for the future management of community health services in Worcestershire.
