June 2010 - Bromsgrove & Redditch Network, Age Well Scheme Co-ordinator
This is for a 37.5 hours per week post which is currently funded by the Health Improvement Fund for one year.
The post will be based with one of our partners - Bromsgrove District Council.
The purpose of the post is to develop, facilitate and evaluate an Age Well pilot scheme within Bromsgrove. The aim of the scheme is to improve the health and well-being of people in the age range of 55 – 65 who live and work in the area.
Experience of working within the health sector environment is required.
The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks as well as the usual references.
Salary £28,470 with twenty days holiday entitlement plus statutory bank holidays.
