I am very pleased to announce that West Mercia Police have achieved a double success in their commitment to diversity:

We have been awarded a Silver Certificate for our commitment to Race Diversity both in the workplace and within our wider communities by Race for Opportunity this is part of 'Business in the Community' one of the Prince Wales Charities.
We have also made tremendous progress this year in relation to the Stonewall index and have been ranked 38th as one of the top 100 employers of Gay people. .
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and commitment to partnership working which has helped us in achieving both these highly acclaimed awards.
