Team Leader vacancy

£18,000+ per annum
Based in Bromsgrove

This is a full-time permanent position with one of the longest established and most highly regarded care agencies in the county.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will motivate a team of care staff within one of our Extra Care complexes. The individual needs to be a good communicator, exuding warmth, bubbly and full of life.

The role will incorporate not only leading and directing a team of care staff but working closely with an Activities Co-ordinator to promote a wealth of fun and activities for the people who live there. We want to promote health and wellbeing in everyone and we crave for a happy and buzzing environment. We want this to be an inspirational place to live and work where others will want to mirror our example.

You would manage an established and well trained staff team who work alongside support workers employed by the local Housing Trust. Together we deliver a quality service aimed at achieving agreed outcomes for the benefit of the 90+ people who live within this Extra Care scheme.
