Please see the below PDF, and Word Document of the VCS Representatives. At a Worcestershire Partnership Level, the process for VCS feedback will be as follows:- VCS Representative to download feedback form as a Word document
- VCS Representatives are requested to complete this form after each meetting of Theme Groups/Task Groups
- VCS Representatives (Worcestershire Partnership) are requested to e-mail completed forms to Jim Smith wavocc@btconnect.com
- The VCS Voices Hub will ensure that completed forms are downloaded, and available for VCS perusal at: http://www.winc.org.uk/vcs_representatives_feedback
