Oct' 2009 - Community Leadership for Health Fund

Community Leadership for Health Fund - Each County Councillor holds a grant for improvement towards Health, the size of their budget is dependent upon Area Needs. Please bear in mind that you are required to make contact with your County Councillor in the first instance before an application is submitted.
 
The Deadline for applications is 31st March

Please see the attachment 1 & 2 shows the fund in detail along with the Application Form. Attachment 3 gives the details of your local County Councillor.
