The target groups within this particular theme are: Women in disadvantaged communities & Women caring for children under 16

This themed round will be heavily oversubscribed, only 5% of applications made it to stage 2 in the previous themed round (Rural fund), so it is important to make sure applications really address barriers to participation in one or both of the target groups.
