The VCS - Embracing Technology and Broadening Communication Channels

On the 23rd June A new White Paper , 'Are You Ready to Respond?', was launched by Social Enterprise Connect Assist. The paper explores how charities can continue to improve service delivery within the current financial environment by embracing technology and broadening communication channels. One of the key findings is that for every person who would walk into a charity centre, 10-20 would prefer to pick up the phone and a further 100 would go online. By designing effective online services, charities can grow overall service levels at a lower cost, with the majority of that increase handled online. For the full white paper visit:
