2010 has been a year of change.

Following the review in 2009, a newly proposed structure for the governance and accountability arrangements of the Worcestershire Partnership has been consulted across all partners.

Alongside this, the recent change in Government and national policy brings both challenges and opportunities for every partner organisation to deliver services in the future.

As a result this year's Assembly will give partners the opportunity to discuss how the Worcestershire Partnership will move forward, under a new structure, to deliver services and explore concepts such as Big Society in action for Worcestershire.

• Listen to our keynote speaker (to be announced) talk about Big Society and discuss what the Big Society means for Worcestershire.

• Share your views on the best ways of working in the future under the new structure for the partnership.
