x1 VCS Seat on NHS Worcestershire's Tobacco Control Alliance

Please see the below to inform on a single VCS seat on NHS Worcestershire's Tobacco Control Alliance

The Representatives will ensure that the views and issues of the Voluntary and Community Sector will be taken into account by the Tobacco Control Alliance. He/she will also ensure that there are effective communication links between the Tobacco Control Alliance and the sector.

The Tobacco Control Alliance would need advice from a representative who was not involved in the direct delivery of smoking cessation services to avoid conflicts of interest.

In the event of multiple applicants WIC will carry out an election process in line with the document 'Representation Election Process'
(Sanctioned by WIC 11.05.09 )

All new VCS representatives will be requested to undertake a representative's induction and adhere to a (Code) Protocols of Conduct

13th September 2010 Pond Room, Countryside Centre, County Hall 1.00 – 4.00pm

14th December 2010 Meadow Room, Countryside Centre, County Hall 1.00 – 4.00pm

16th March 2011 Meadow Room, Countryside Centre, County Hall 1.00 – 4.00pm

21st June 2011 Meadow Room, Countryside Centre, County Hall 1.00 – 4.00pm
